All Together Now, a Guide to forming Music Teaching Co-operatives was published by the Musicians Union in 2015 and written by David Barnard, who is both a founder of the Swindon Music Co-operative, and a part-time officer of the MU.

It draws on an earlier publication, Are You Ready for a Brand New Beat, written by Geof Cox in 1995, in collaboration with Bob Wearn.
